There shall be an Affiliate Membership form for affiliate cooperative societies as well as an Affiliate Membership MoU to be signed by the affiliate members. This is basically to ensure that both parties understand and are in agreement with the terms and conditions of the relationship they are about to go into.
Also, there shall be an Account Opening Form for individual members who wish to become a cooperator but do not presently belong to any co-operative society. Such members shall complete individual membership forms for the issuance of membership cards with unique identifiable numbers. Such information MUST contain each member's GSM cell numbers and email addresses for the purpose of easy dissemination of information.
There shall be the option of limited members and full members. Limited members shall be allowed to register as members either by walking to any of our office locations or go online by visiting our website to complete their registration process. Once the registration is completed, he/she shall be immediately issued a membership number without having to pay any fee. However, this type membership has a number of limitations attached to it. Full membership shall attract a modest fee which will enable the member to issued a membership card with which he/she can transact business with coopXchange either physically or online without any limitations whatsoever. This type of membership allows the bearer to enjoy all the full benefits of a member and opens such member to all the opportunities available in all the services offered by CoopXchange.
